Aeria expands presence across Asia with $1.8 mn funding

Hyderabad: Aeria, a Tenant Experience and Asset Management platform for commercial real estate, has completed a US$1.8 million pre-seed funding round. Leading the investment were Kalaari Capital and Foundamental, joined by AC Ventures, AL Trust, and several prominent angel investors.

Co-founded by Priyanka Gera, former co-founder of OxfordCaps, and Piyush Kateja, an IIM alum, Aeria leverages advanced technology and AI to revolutionize office buildings from mere commodities to experiential spaces. With increasing technology adoption among real estate players and a growing GenZ presence in the workforce, workplaces have transitioned from commodities to services, and now to experiences.
